Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your KOMER account, you can do so by following the instructions below. Please note that deleting your account is irreversible and will permanently remove your data, order history, and saved preferences.
1. Delete via the App
You can delete your account directly from the KOMER app: Go to Profile > Settings > Account Security > Delete Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
2. Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team at info@komer.io from the email address associated with your account. Please include your phone number to help us identify your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
3. Data Retention
Upon deleting your account, most of your personal data will be erased immediately. However, we may retain certain information (such as transaction records) for a limited time as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
